ShareFair - Terms of Service Last Updated: December 10, 2025 Welcome to ShareFair ("ShareFair," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ShareFair mobile application, website (sharefair.io), and any related services, features, content, or applications provided by ShareFair (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. 1. Eligibility The Service is intended for individuals who are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet the age requirement and have full legal capacity to enter into and comply with these Terms. 2. Account Registration and Security You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify ShareFair immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. ShareFair reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time for security concerns or violation of these Terms. 3. Subscriptions, Premium Features, and Purchases ShareFair offers certain features via subscriptions or one-time lifetime purchases (collectively, "Premium Features"). Payment Processing: All payments are processed through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or other authorized payment processors. We do not store payment information. Renewals and Cancellations: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the billing period. You are responsible for managing cancellations through your app store account. Refunds: Refunds are subject to the app store's refund policies. Other purchases are non-refundable except as required by law. Access to Premium Features: Premium Features may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time. 4. Acceptable Use You agree not to: Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or other financial crimes. Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the Service's source code, algorithms, or restricted features. Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to bypass security, data, or operations of the Service. Upload, submit, or transmit content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. ShareFair reserves the right to remove any content or suspend access in the event of violations. 5. User Content You retain ownership of all data, content, and information you submit, upload, or store in the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant ShareFair a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, process, reproduce, and display your content solely for purposes of providing and improving the Service. ShareFair does not claim ownership of User Content. 6. OCR, Currency Conversion, and Finance Tools ShareFair provides receipt scanning, currency conversion, and financial reporting tools for convenience. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that OCR results, currency conversions, or financial analyses are correct. Users should not rely solely on the Service for legal, tax, or financial decisions. 7. Intellectual Property All content, technology, designs, software, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property associated with ShareFair are owned or licensed by ShareFair. No portion of the Service may be reproduced, copied, modified, or used without express written permission. 8. Service Availability ShareFair aims to maintain continuous operation but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any feature) at any time without notice. We are not responsible for any loss, interruption, or unavailability of the Service. 9. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law: ShareFair is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. ShareFair is not liable for any loss of data, inaccurate OCR results, financial losses, or other damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. Total liability for all claims will not exceed the amount paid for Premium Features. 11.
